The selling and marketing skills are improved when children are involved in the fundraisers since they do sell items. Some fundraisers hold talent shows for entertainment thus facilitate in the discovery of talents.
The fundraisers helps to encourage creativity among the children and at times the products showcased in the fundraisers are from the children’s imagination. Parents are actively involved in their children’s life and have a chance to bond with them in fundraisers. The involvement of the school to the parents is enhanced with the help of fundraisers. With the help of fundraisers there is change in the school’s environment where new structures are built. A child with a good self-esteem is able to perform better than the one with a lower self-esteem, when fundraisers are held they help in boosting the self-esteem of the children.
